Cospe has been active in Cape Verde since 1998 and plans to launch its new scheme late next year or in early 2010, reports.

Spokesperson Paolo Fattori told local news agency Inforpress that the network will function alongside existing institutions in the archipelago, diversifying local handicrafts and other products for the tourist market.
